Daughtry coming to U.S. Cellular Arena April 7

Daughty's coming to Milwaukee in April.

Daughtry, the fourth-place finalist on the fifth season of "American Idol," will play the U.S. Cellular Arena, 400 W. Kilbourn Ave. at 7:30 p.m. April 7.

Opening acts are Lifehouse and Cavo.

Christopher Adam Daughtry fronts the band that bears his name, and its second album, "Leave This Town," was released on July 14, 2009. The first single, "No Surprise," was released on May 5. Daughtry headlined Summerfest in 2007.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, at the Milwaukee Theatre box office, 500 W. Kilbourn Ave., and all Ticketmaster locations, by phone at (800) 745-3000 or online at Ticketmaster.com.
